Why are we seeking an Assistant Pastor?

SDPC currently is a church of just over 200 communicant members. As our church grows in number and in diversity of ministries, we believe that we and God’s kingdom would benefit from having an Assistant Pastor on staff, with the primary responsibilities of overseeing the church’s Christian Education, Shepherding and Lay Shepherding Ministries.
